Disney Movie Rewards

I've been slowly saving up Disney Movie Rewards points to exchange for a Disney Gift Card. The gift cards are advertised on the mailings I get and should as an example on the web site, but when I search for gift cards when I redeem my points, I'm not seeing them as an option. Anybody knows what happened? I'm assuming Disney used to offer the cards as an option, but changed their mind without updating the promotion material.

Prizes come and go....they were up there pretty recently and I'd guess they'll be back before too long.

When they have them -- they are usually $10 for 1000 pts

I entered a code and was offered Dumbo blu ray for free, if I paid ship and handling. Took it. While there I browsed the rewards and found Tangled with blu ray 3d and digital copy for 1400 plus ship and handle, and took that. I had just looked at that same Tangled pack at Target and it was $49.99! So far I think I've scored 5 free movies through that proogram and two $10 gift cards (Huffalump, Pooh, Tinker Bell, now Dumbo and Tangled), and I don't ever go to movies. I just buy the newest movies ( I just enetered Frozen) and enter the free codes that get posted on DisBoards. Sweet! Only have like 50 points left over, but will be building free ones up toward the Princess and Frog they have free on there. Never watched before (looks sorta dark and gloomy on the box), but my daughter is turning 4 soon and wants to see Tiana in action.

My mail just arrived and so did Dumbo! It took less than a week to get here (after the email). Hope you all receive yours soon!

My shipping email came about a week after I ordered. It is one it's way now!!

I also ordered Dumbo, about two weeks ago. I received the shipping confirmation email about a week or so later and then received the DVD Friday. I entered the code from Dumbo and received 150 more points! I love this rewards program because there have been so many opportunities to earn points for free.

No, Dumbo never came with a digital copy but you can buy it in Disney Movies Anywhere or iTunes.

I am also waiting on a copy of Dumbo.

Well, back to the original post, I checked everyday for the past week. Still no disney cards, but the cards still appear on the advertisments. I can't beleive they can't keep them in stock (if Target can, Disney can). Starting to feel like bait and switch.

We have been checking for these cards as well, as we will be in WDW next month. We finally gave up and ordered several Starbucks cards. We figure we will at least enjoy their frozen drinks and snacks now that there are several locations there.

Got tangled and dumbo via mail today. Took about 11 days from order to arrive. Tangled was ordered w points and very pleased ... Linked to disney movies anywhere right away. Dumbo no digital copy. But for free it awesome. Blu ray!
