thanks for posting these ! I went out and logged in and it's showing that I have ZERO points !! I had almost 2,000 points and then they change the website and it wiped everything out. has anyone else had this happen to them ? I can't even believe it....I've been saving up these points for a long while now.....and now they're just gone. no warning. If knew they were going to just wipe them out, I'd have used them.

My points are all still intact, in mine and dh's account, so I'm sure it's just a glitch. I bet they can fix it for you.

I actually had this same problem. The login said to type in your e-mail address and then it said I have no points! So I logged out and instead typed in my member name and password, problem solved. Maybe you could try that.

Sorry to hear that. You need to definitely call/email their customer service.

I put several codes in that I had already redeemed and it didn't kick me out, it just told me that I had already redeemed them.

It was on the home page...there were pics of rewards, and it said Earn More Points. One was Refer Friends...one was the survey. Hope this helps...

Does anyone know where the site is that lets you watch your movies online now when you enter the movie rewards code?

here's the site that lets you "unlock" the movies to watch online :
http://3257w.disney.go.com/home

You can also get there thru the Disney movie rewards site, go to "My Points" (from the top tab) You'll see 4 tabs...the last one is "Movies online". It should show you the movies that you already have (because you entered codes already) but there's also a link to take you to the online movie site to see what movies are available to unlock. (by submitting the code)
