Anyone part of the Disney Movie Club ?

I just looked on my bank statement and I got charged for a movie I didn't even order. Their website is acting a bit funny right now and I'm not sure how to handle this.

I've done this, like Jacky said, just mark the package refused return to sender and you get credit issued on your card.

The default is that you're ordering the monthly offering, so if you miss turning it down, it'll be sent.

BTW, if you've fulfilled your contract you may be able to change your setting so you don't have to log in to refuse the direct shipment. I haven't checked my settings regarding that but I'm usually right on it about replying.
