Disney Monopoly ideas?

DH and I are making a Monopoly game for the inlaws. We are all going to WDW in March and it will be MiL, FiL and SiL's first time, so we thought we would be creative and make a monopoly game of Florida. We have ideas for all the Property tiles but are struggling (read arguing) about what to use for the "stations" and the "utilities" also what to name Chance and Community Chest.

Anyone got any ideas?

For the Stations how about the ticket and transportation centre, the poly, the contemporary and grand Floridian, well they're kind of on a train track in real life....
Chance and community chest, typhoon lagoon and blizzard beach? Or DTD Westside and marketplace?
