As I understand it the app is still not available to everyone. Keep in mind that the Droid Market is tricky, too - you're generally not seeing all of it anyways. Even though it's the "official" market some apps still won't show depending on carrier - generally ones specific to one carrier but not always.

I've heard, but can't confirm, that a way to get access to all of the market is to put your phone into Airplane mode and connect to the Droid Market via WiFi. Supposedly this gives access to all the Droid Market including apps your carrier doesn't want you to see.

I have Sprint - trieed this - did not work. Shucks!

Just got back yesterday from our quick trip to the World and my first use of Disney Mobile Magic.

While I didn't use it very much (there were really no wait times and no crowds!), when I did use it to check the wait times, it was right on target with what was listed at the ride.

I liked being able to make a reservation with the app, but as PP have mentioned, it would have been nice to synch with my ADRs that were already made through Disney's online system (I was changing times for one restaurant).

Overall, I think it's a good app to use in the parks, and my kids did enjoy the "games" feature on the phone for the few lines that we did have to wait in (no more than 20 minutes). Their favorite was the trivia. We played it many times and I don't recall seeing the same question twice.

I think the best part is that it is now FREE, to me, that is a huge bonus.

CentralFloridian99, I have an Android, and I don't see Disney Mobile Magic listed in my Android Market. Can you tell me how you found it?

I have and it worked great for us when we were there in April. I thought it was very accurate.

Alright, I am headed to Disney World tomorrow. I plan on using the app as much as possible while there. When I get back,I will post about my experiences with it in detail.
