Does anyone have any idea the types of backpacks or messenger bags available in the parks right now??? On the eve of my trip I've decided I want a new bag to take into the parks. A baggallini messenger bag would be my ideal choice, but we don't have any retailers in the area. I leave Sunday and my daughter has a dance competition all day tomorrow, so I won't be able to squeeze in any shopping before I leave. And I think I'd rather have a bag that says Disney anyway! :lovestruc

Any thoughts, pictures, advice???

I've never seen baggallinis for sale in the parks. I usually order mine from ebags. Mousesavers sometimes has a discount for them.

Actually, I'm not expecting to find a baggallini at the world... just hoping for something similar. At this point I'm open for suggestions!

I bought a nice backpack at the Animal Kingdom last year and noticed in March that an updated version is available. What I liked about it was that it was a little smaller than a regular backpack and it several pockets on the outside as well as a bottle holder. I prefer a backpack as it's easier on my lower back.

My husband has a baggallini messenger bag and it is nice, but I like my pack pack better for use at WDW. If you prefer, they also have Dooney and Bourke bags and the price tag to match. You can buy that brand of bags on Main Street at the MK and DTD.

Thanks DenLo! I think a smaller backpack would work well for me... I'll be sure to check it out.

Last January, there were messenger bags available in the market opposite Tusker House (AK). They had an AK logo/emblem(?) on them, and really looked handy (I already had a few cross-body bags so I didn't get one, but they were nice.:thumbsup2).
