Disney Meet anywhere in Ohio?

I read many posts about Disney meets in other states, but is there ever a meet in Ohio? I live in Ohio and work full-time so I can't really make it to another state but would love to attend one here...I could take a day off work for that!

If not, then anyone in Ohio interested in getting together for a possible Disney meet? It sounds like great fun!

ohio here....southwest ohio ...would love to have a ohio DIS meet n greet. not sure if i want to drive 3 1/2hrs to cleveland...
but i will keep checking back to see if anything becomes of this

We will try to figure something out so that everyone who is interested in having an Ohio meet won't have to drive any more than a couple hours or less. Let's see if we can get anyone else interested...anyone?

How about a "Dis Day" at the Ohio State Fair. Columbus is centrally located and you have something to do before or after the meet breaks up to justify a long drive. It also allows for ample planning time.

i have to agree that might not be a bad idea? DIS meet and fair food...im in!!!
when is the state fair? i no summer but does anyone know the dates? i am out of town in july. keep posting to see what kind of replies we can get

The fair this year is Wed. July 29 thru Sunday August 9.

Thanks everyone for replying to this thread. I have been keeping up on all the responses and will be working on getting something together for this summer. I hope everyone is subscribed to the thread so that I am able to reach everyone through here.
We should be able to make this meet happen. I'll be in touch.
