Disney meet and greet and free strollers

I was just wondering if anyone knows if they will be having the Disney Meet and greet again and the free stroller rentals for disney card holders. At this time on the website it says they have no offers. Thank Yoy

How do you know the time and location of the character meet n greet? It doesn't say?

The meet and greet is from park opening until 11:30am at Ariel's Grotto in DCA.
