Disney Marching Band?

Hi Guys,
Was looking on 4shared for Disney logos dealing with the marching band.
There was only two that I could find... although the one I like does not include Disney.

Could someone modify this image for us to include ears at the top of the circle and change the colors to red white and black? The hat needs to be changed a little but not a big deal to leave alone.

Would you be willing to give your "OK" to a small town printing company on the design you fixed for us? They are going to print 3 shirts with this design but want to make sure it's okay with you first.
