Disney Marathon--looking for some inside info!!!

Anyone have the scoop on what FLAVOR powerade will be served at the water stops? just wante dot make sure I used it in my last fe wlong training runs to avoid stomach distress on race day. same for flavors of cliff shots. if you have the inside scoop I would be eternally grateful!!!
