Disney Maps

Hi all- I ordered my customized maps on 11/16 and still haven't recieved them. Is there any way I can follow up on this, or track them somehow? I just didn't see a way of doing that on the web site.

Mine took about 4 weeks. They are really cool and well worth the wait. I think the website says 2 to 3 weeks but ours took longer. It was fun waiting for them since we had to hide them from the two DS's who have NO CLUE we are going in January

I ordered my maps on 11/15, and when I had not received them by last week (3 weeks after ordering), I sent an e-mail to the address provided on the map ordering website (disneymaps@royalimpressions.com). I received the following reply:

Due to an overwhelming number of requests for Customized Maps, there a delay in getting your Customized Maps out to you. You will receive e-mail notification when your Customized Maps will be shipped.

If you are leaving for Disney we recommend you print your Customized Maps out at home.

When did they start doing this???? We were just there in Sept. and if I had known, I would have ordered these.....looks so neat!!
Do they have them for DL? We are going there in March.

I think they started doing this in late Oct. or early Nov., so they would not have been available for your Sept. trip. I think it is probably one of the extras they are doing for the YOAMD.

I haven't heard if they are doing this also for DL, but if it is a part of YOAMD, then they probably are. I suggest you check the DL website.

FYI, I ordered mine in November not sure of the actually date, received them in the mail today. They are really beautiful!!!

Got mine today- they print your name on them, pretty cool looking. They arent too in depth, but a cool keepsake for a while!

I ordered ours on October 29. I received an email on November 20 saying ours were on the way (shipped on November 17), but we still haven't received them. We leave next week and I was hoping they would arrive before we left. I know we can print them, but I wanted an "official" copy.

For those that received yours, how big are the maps?
