Disney maps...glad they were free...

Not terribly impressed with the maps. Was hoping for something more useable (like the Passporter maps-with identifiers right on the map). These would look nice framed but not sure what else they are good for.

Well, I think the point is to use them to dream with. For something that was *totally* free they are really really nice!

I liked them, too. I thought it was fun how they personalized them with our family's name.

I will be getting mine sometime this week...cant wait. I dont think they are meant to be used like the park maps, more something like the other poster said , to be used as dreams, or in planning your trip to familiarize yourself with where things are. Kinda like the planning dvds/videos. Not meant to be carried around with you. My philosophy is FREE IS GOOD.

We got ours while we were at WDW. I was hoping they would come before the trip. But after is better than never. We think they are really cool. I'm not sure what the OP was expecting but they were cooler than I was thinking they would be.

I love the maps!! I think they are really neat. But I never intended on taking mine to WDW so I don't care how usable they are. I am going to frame the MK one and the one that shows all of WDW. Great keepsake and free!!

I just ordered mine....very excited....my prospective trip for summer of 2007 has been up in the air for quite some time...financial issues and other people not being free at the same time...I still have high hopes however, and these maps should definately keep me in good spirits!!!

Love my maps! Graphics are really cool. I only wish my last name was not so long, they left off the last letter. Oh well, still fun to look at and dream about my coming adventures.

How long from the time you ordered them until you received them? We leave Thursday morning and I ordered them 2 weeks ago..will they get here before we leave?
