I am trying to get my budget together and am trying to find prices for mani's and pedi's at different Disney locations, but I can't find anything online.

I am staying at Beach Club, so Periwig's will be easiest, but I want to see what else is out there. We are flying down, so transportation will be an issue.

Also, if anyone can post their wedding day mani's and pedi's, that would be great! sorry if there is already a thread about this, i couldn't find one. ;)

I used the salon in the Grand Floridian-Ivy Trellis. I thought they were fine, a little high priced, but hey its disney. I would use whatever is closest as they are all pretty much the same in price. My nails stayed for I want to say 4 days. I am also rough on my nails so I never expect it to stay very long.

We went to Periwig's these are the photos we took there. Both me and my niece were booked in to get full sets of nails and our mums had manicures. Whilst we were there we decided to also get pedicures.

i went to the salon at coronado springs for a manicure and it was $50 with a tip, i had a pedicure at the grand floridian spa but didnt pay for this as it was a gift so not sure how much that was but both were great

I had my manicure done at Perriwigs. This is a shot of it 3 days later (to show how it held up!)

I got a mani and pedi at Periwigs the day before my wedding. It cost over $100, which I was a little sticker-shocked. However, I knew it was Disney so I expected to pay extra. My wedding party, luckily, bailed on joining me- I would have felt bad if they had to pay that amount after traveling down to FL for our wedding.

Overall, I was happy with it but I might suggest getting a pedi at home to save some $$. For me, I am so rough on my hands that I knew getting a mani ahead of time at home wouldn't work out.

Forgot to mention - DVC members get a 10% discount at the three Disney spas. (At Saratoga Springs, it's only on selected services, but as of the latest issue of Portable Perks, a spa manicure and pedicure are included on the list).

:thumbsup2

I had a mani at the mandara spa at the swan and dolphin...I believe it was $55 includining tip

...And the Mandara Spa has a discount for Starwood Preferred Guest members! :thumbsup2

I went to the Spa at the Grand Floridian (not Ivy Trells) on the morning of the day before the wedding, had a massage treatment then a mani-pedi, and got my DVC discount.

It was a wonderful morning.

Does anyone have a link to the pirce list at Periwigs by any chance??:confused3

We went to the Spa @ Saratoga Springs which was nice, relaxing, and we took advantage of the DVC discount (which was 20% when I got married).:cool1: The mom's, BM's, FG, and sis in law had Manis and pedis, while I only had a pedi b/c I had Pink and whites put on @ my nail salon @ home.

I don't know what each individual service cost (just the total) b/c the FG had a "My first mani and pedi", and everyone also had massages. You can find out all the prices at relaxedyet.com. I can tell you that they gave everyone a nail polish in their shade in case anything was chipped before the wedding as well as some other goodies. (noone's polish chipped ~ in fact they lasted awhile, but it was a nice touch! :))

The Spa is wonderful and out of the way. We essentially had it to ourselves that whole morning which was a treat! It was a great day at a nice and laid back spa!

:rotfl2:

Yeah, maybe now that I have 5,000+ posts I should change my screen name to something more appropriate... :rotfl:

Quick Question:

Has anyone had pedi's at the Salon in the Contemporary?

My BFF (and was my MOH) is coming down in a couple weeks and my DH & I'll be there for a w/e. BFF & I want to hit a salon for pedi's & wanted to try someplace new (rather than Saratoga- too much like the wedding and the boys wanna rent H20 Mice while we get our nails done).

If anyone can help or atleast rate the Contemporary salon or GF Salon that'd be awesome!! Thanks!

:goodvibes
