Good Evening everyone!!!!
As you can probably tell, I have been busy!!! Yesterday I helped sell flowers at school again, then the boys and I had dinner, then went to help sort and tagged all the flowers. It was supposed to be 700, but the florist shorted us almost 100!!! She thinks it came from the supplier that way. UGH. SO, we ended up having enough for the kids that purchased them, but we didn't have any for the faculty. We were going to give one to each of them. I mean, we had EXACTLY enough flowers. It was total luck. Then we had to recount to make sure we had the count right before we told them we were short. I didn't get home until 1045 last night, then up early to take the boys to Tim Horton's for breakfast and then to school to deliver all the flowers. Then I helped with the Jump Rope for Heart program all day. We are home now, but we are getting ready to go eat dinner and then to the school Snow Ball Dance! After that, we'll have Colton's Ice Cream Cake from DQ....Reese's Cup!! YUM!!!
Wednesday is school picture day, so I'll do that too. I guess you get your child's photos for FREE if you help!! BONUS! LOL
Oh, and I forgot, the boys got embarrased today! We bought the boys each a Schwinn StingRay bike a few years ago. Colton never, ever has rode his bike. We have talked about donating or selling it in a yard sale. Well, when the PTO said they were going to buy a bike, I told them I had this one. Of course they took it. Well, when Colton was in the gym with the entire 7th and 8th grades, the coach called him to the center of the gym. He then told the entire gym that Colton had generously donated this bike. All the boys started to swarm him and everyone was clapping. THEN the coach said, OH!! I ALSO heard that today is Colton's Birthday! Then everyone started singing happy birthday and then it was a big pig pile in the middle of the floor with Colton at the bottom! LOL Coach then called Connor to the floor and did the same thing when the 6th graders were there. However, he didn't get tackled, the radio station was there and their Mascot came out and shook Connor's hand and the photographer from the newspaper was taking his photo! She then took some information to make a story!! She said it could be in the paper tomorrow, but she said she'll off load all her photos onto the website....
www.herald-dispatch.com I'll have to look for it! I just had Colton to set the TV up to record the news!
Okay need to freshen up and get ready for the dance! Have a good night!
Make It Magical!
