good morning everyone...Kevin woke me up at 6 this morning asking me if he could have breakfast!!!!!!!! I just told him to wait until the sun actually came up first LOL

That is cute! That's when you leave a package of poptarts on the table for him to "fend for himself" until you get up! LOL I used to keep the bottom 2 drawers of the fridge with just stuff they could get themsleves...juice boxes, waterbottles, applesauce cups, cheese sticks, yougert, etc. Then they weren't constantly asking me for stuff. Maybe you can sleep in tomorrow!!! I am hoping to!

We are having a thunderstorm!!! In January!!! there is snow on the ground, it's raining, lightening and thundering!! So weird!!! I guess we really are on the southern edge of this winter storm!!!

Kristin, I AGREE!! I need another cruise!!! Unfortunatley, Steve doesn't have any more vacation time until June 14....the day we start our WDW trip! His hire date determines his vacation time. It's not like most folks, Jan - Jan.

Nancy, tell Denis I miss seeing him on here!! I guess the new year has him working alot!! -2?? I guess I really shouldn't complain when it's +2 then, huh? LOL That's just insane!! Take me SOUTH!

I know I'm boring compared to Denis.........

He's not working that much more, just busy doing other things I guess LOL

he's the only one who gets up so early most times....usually he just comes in bed with us and cuddles until Josh gets up then they play until I or Denis gets up with them.....tomorrow is my sleep in day....woohoo!!!

Yanno what's crazier?? Now it's snow mixed with rain! We are right on the edge of these two storms...a cold front from the North, a warm southerly flow...and we got a mess! It's suppose to get in the 40s later today....unless the cold front proves stronger and moves further south, then we'll have ice and snow!

The house is clean, the Christmas is in the attic....as is the suitcases we took on vacation! My house is starting to look half way decent again! It's amazing. I didn't put out a whole lot, but when we put it away, it seems like more!!!! The outside lights are still on the floor of the garage, but i'll wait until the next warm front moves in to sort and store that.

Now to shower and get ready for dinner!!

The house DOES look different! I guess it's just uncluttered with it all put away. The furniture goes back to where it belongs too....although, I am contemplating moving stuff around! LOL Colton wants a desk in his room for his laptop, cell phone and soon to have Ipod. I can't blame him. I have a small desk in the family room that I was using when I sold Longaberger. I have a bunch of "junk" in it now. All i'd have to do is pitch it all and get the desk to his room! Connor is a collector. He gets it from me, but he hasn't learned the techniques of hiding, storing and being selective. LOL His room is a wreck! I am thinking a book shelf in his room would help a LOT. He has piles and stacks of magazines! Mostly Popular Science and Discover magazines. Again, I have a small bookcase stuck in the corner of my family room that, if I pitched what was on it, could go to his room. I want one of those floor standing popcorn machines for the family room. Extravegant? Maybe. Cool? Most Definitley! LOL Before Connor get his braces, we were eating popcorn almost nightly. It's one of our favorite snacks, so I do think we would get use out of it! Well, see...... But by moving those 2 pieces out of the family room, I'd have room for it! Maybe tomorrow.......

Between playing Animal Crossing all day with his friend, they later met to have a snowball fight and build snowmen!! I think he likes the snow, but he also loves the beach! Honeslty, he just loves being outside!
