Just dropping in to wish all our American friends a happy Thanksgiving and to haul you all back to the DIS.
When people ask us what we are thankfull for we can say, we celebrated our Thanksgiving on the Magic. The food was awsome, we were in the company of really great people and we didn't have to clean up and do the dishes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What more could I ask for?

Oh and one more thing. With all the specials on Friday, if anyone happens to find a good deal on a Mickey Mouse waffle iron for us I'd be more than happy to pay you back
Scratch that idea. After the cruise they were going for 40 dollars on Ebay and now they are 2X and 3X. There must be a big holiday or something coming up.....

Hi everyone!!

Had a good time at my sister's. It was great to see everyone, but 3 hours at night is a long drive. It seemed to take twice as long to get home! I am glad we didn't stay though. Nor could we, since Steve had to work today, but I feel like crap. this head cold is wicked nasty, my body is still sore from the fall and I REALLY need to go out and get some yard work done. I am just not sure how much I would be able to get done! I could put it off until tomorrow, we'll have one more nice day of weathet before the rain and snow come back, but who knows if I'll feel better or worse tomorrow! Would anyone like some cheese with my whine?

I hope everyone had a good day and got the deals you were hoping for!! I didn't go out shopping. I have done that only once, and to me, it just wasn't worth it!

I hear you michele, black friday is NOT my idea of shopping fun! I used to work retail in my long ago premarriage prekids years and it just is not worth it. I would rather shop during the year so I can enjoy Christmas.

Got Sean a BIG surprise... found out that walking with Dinosaurs is coming to the the arena near us, so I picked up some pretty good tickets for him. he will LOVE it I am sure!

Did your sister manage to get any of those Killer Brownies? Had to ask... I ordered some as a thank you for some special people around here, though I am going to have to hide them from Brian I think! LOL!

No, my sister didn't get any brownies because I was bringing 3 pies and mom brought her homemade Kuchen, Lemon Bars and Rice Krispy Treats. We had to say ENOUGH! LOL I am sure I will get there when it's not a holiday and I will have to get a batch or 2!
Walking With Dinosaurs will be AWESOME! I am sure Sean will love it!

Been laying in the Lazy Boy all day today. Didn't get outside to take care of the yard. Some days you just have to say....


Dinner is almost ready here....herb basted chicken, taters and corn. I am going to have to get the fixin's to make stuffing though. I didn't get enough of it yesterday! There were so many good things to have, I wanted to try them all. Now I want more stuffing!
