Disney Magic Parrothead Pirates in Paradise #2

RISE AND SHINE PARROTHEADS!!

I am a Mess!! My foot is killing me, and i have no idea what I did to it! It's hurting from the outside of my right ankle across the top of my foot to my toes! It's odd, it doesn't hurt too bad to walk on it, and actually hurts more when I am sitting? I am starting to think it's muscular, but there is one spot that is VERY tender. I called off work and will call the Dr. I want to see my regular physician, because I like him, but Steve says I should go to the Foot Dr, and I don't like him and I usually have to wait, HOURS to see him. That gets on my nerves. Is my time not precious? If I were to show up an hour late FOR the appt, I wouldn't have one, yet, he expects me to sit in his waiting room for an hour before I see him? Not right and a pet peeve in my book! But I guess I'll call the foot Dr...that is what he's for.

My BIL and family just got back from the Disney Magic on Sunday. They have cruised Royal Caribbean before and say that Disney is hands down 100% better then RC. My neices are 7 and 5. I think they are too young for a RC cruise, but that was who they had chosen. Now, I think it's Disney all the way.

My friend, Danielle, she and her family booked the July 12 (?) 2009 Western Magic this past weekend. With the kids 7 and 11, they travel free, so it was about $5300, verandah, deck 7.

May 2010 can't come soon enough!

Well, I better get a shower and call the Dr's office.

Morning everyone!!! I am taking a much needed day off today, my first day off since the cruise. I'm sure I will suffer big time on Monday, but that's too bad. I am flying to Chicago to meet Gina and Alec in Chicago. Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!

The Pirates League

coming late June, 2009 to Magic Kingdom

You can celebrate your Inner Pirate!

The Pirates League will allow boys and girls to transform themselves into Pirates and allow their dreams to come true as they join Captain Jack Sparrow's crew. Participants will have a pirate identity, be transformed into a pirate by a WDW Pirate Master, and have access to a secret treasure room. They will be able to unlock clues to additional pirate encounters in Magic Kingdom.

Yesterday was a crazy day! worked in the am, then came home for just about an hour, then to Walmart to meet my friend, back to the school to decorate for the dance, drive through McD's for sandwiches, change clothes at home and back to chaperone the dance and undecorate from the dance and home about 10, in bed by 1030! Phew!!!!

Yes, my foot still hurts. Aleve seems to help the most. I have an appt with another Dr on Weds. Here's hoping he can offer some relief!

I need to run the sweeper through the house today and a few loads of wash but then I plan on sitting on the back deck, soaking in some sun!!!!

Tomorrow Connor is baing Confirmed and Baptized!! (Oh, and I have to buy him a new pair of dress pants today too!)

I hope this finds you happy and healthy!

hi Kristin,

just 15 more days til we are at SSR. we now have ressies for two nites at SSR for the two days before our Mar 2010 cruise.

also we have been notified that all active duty and retired military can receive a 5 day hopper plus ticket at wdw to be used before dec 23 09.

I got my complimentary pass from the base recreation office (ITT) on the air force base here. you can also get them at shades of green at wdw. family members can get the pass for $99 for the same time.

You can definitely tell spring is here! Everyone is getting out and leaving the computer behind! Just wait till the temps get into the upper 80's, everyone will be back then!!

Morning all! Not spring here, well today it is, but yesterday was cold and the rest of the week too. But for me it's work, I don't have time to do anything else. So I am saying hi while my water boils for my oatmeal, then back to the grind till the wee hours of the morning!

We had a great time in Chicago!!! Maybe sometime I'll have time to tell ya more about it.

wow I haven't been on here in ages!!
we have a very busy week ahead of us! I'm cleaning like mad and getting things ready for my parent's and sister's visit this weekend. The house is going to be full LOL should be fun, we'll see!!
Josh's first communion is this weekend too so more prep for that as well...and we also registered the boys for soccer, can't wait to see that!

Today, we went to NYC to see the Live with Regis and Kelly show it was such a WONDERFUL day. I went with my mom and dad. I was sooo happy to spend the day with them. My dad is having back surgery next week so please keep in your thoughts and prayers, please!!

Hi all!!!

Life has been crazy and that dad-gum facebook can be so all consuming!!!

My foot is so-so. If last week was a 10, I am down to about a 2. It just hurts occasionally and now feels more weak and sore. The Dr's office called and changed my appt from Weds at 3 to Thurs at 9. He has something going on and doesn't think he'll make it back to the office. At least they called ahead instead of letting me show up and have to sit or turn around and go home. I have to go and get my Xrays first. The girl told me that several times they have found a break where the others have not. this change in appts works well for me. Connor has his last track meet at 430 tomorrow and I was afraid I might miss it.

Denis, I hope you find relief soon! I have suffered a bad back for years...and now this foot issue!....and being in pain is not fun. Whenever my back is bad, the Chiropractor always recommends ice. You should try a chiropractor. I LOVE when I get a good adjustment!!! Have fun this weekend with a house full of guests and Josh's Communion!! Lots of photos please!!!

Kristin, was so cool seeing you today! Sorry you didn't win again!! Did you get a new van yet?
