RISE AND SHINE PARROTHEADS!!

It's Monday....UGH! 8 more to go until Schools Out for the summer!

The boys were running a little behind and almost missed the bus! I saw one of the Mom's coming back, so I floored it. LOL Thankfully, the driver waited on them! Our trash can (roll cart) got knocked over in the wind last night, so I had to pick it up, retrieve a few recyclables and managed to get mud on my coat this morning!

We had a WICKED storm come rolling in last night!! We went upstairs about 1015. I had just had the dogs out and it was SO pretty! In the 70s still. But it was eerily calm. We went up and got ready for bed, layed down to watch the end of the Country Music Awards, and the thunder started. It wasn't suppose to do anything until Midnight, it was just 1040! Then the WIND started to blow! OMG. Steve got up and was watching the trees out in the back. When he peeked out our bedroom window to the front, he could see Terry across the street peeking out his! The lights were flickering on and off and the dogs were going crazy. It's still in the 60s now, and the wind is still blowing, but not like it did last night. It's getting darker, like another front is moving in. It's suppose to rain off and on all day, then SNOW tonight! Colton announced that there is a freeze warning for tonight! I noticed how many fools were buying flowers and hanging baskets at Home Depot yesterday. It's too early!!! Have to wait until Mother's Day weekend. Then it's usually safe to put flowers out! I might wait to get my flowers until after we get back from WDW in June. I hate to wait that long, but then I won't have to have someone come over and water while we are away! Now that the aquarium is gone, there would be no reason for anyone to come over.

Good evening everyone!

I am done running for the day! Yay!

track practice was cold, wet and windy! Brrrr!!! I sat in the truck for most of it, but then ventured out to socialized for a little bit! Even after just 15 mins, I was FROZE. I can't seem to warm up still.

I found out that Connor WILL be competeing in Thursday Nights Track meet. I thought he wasn't. Now I am not sure how I will be able to get everything ready to leave Friday morning. Some how, some way, I always manage!

It's not looking like a good day! Connor woke up on the WRONG side of the bed and he is a cranky butt!!!! I can't WAIT to get his rear end on the bus...IF we make the bus on time! Ggrrrr.....

Didn't get the snow they were calling for. Just a skiff on the deck, the furniture. Nothing on the ground or even rooftops. and that's FINE with me!

Colton has a band compitition today and I am going to go and watch. In the meantime, I am going to call the Dr and see if I can get in, either sometime today, but tomorrow would be better. Even though I am suppose to work 8-1 tomorrow, I'll bail if I can get into the Dr.

Shoot, we are running late again! No one is down and ready to go!!! Sheesh....

I have the worst soar throat today. It feels like there is a fire in my throat. Was up at 3 am since I could not swallow at all. Had a cup of warm tea. Hoping,, that the warm weather will "knock" this crud out of me.....LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
