Kristin, that is AWESOME that the school recognized ALL the kids!!

I am going to find my way to bed, just as soon as I have dessert! Philly Cream Cheese has a premade cheesecake filling. they have a NEW Key Lime filling! We got it today and I plopped it in a graham crust and topped it with cool whip! the last time I bought a container of filling, it never made it to the crust! (Did I just admit to that? It wasn't consumed in ONE sitting!)

Hello to all my Parrothead Friends!!

Track practice was at 9am. It was a mere 26 degrees outside! Bbrrrr. the Tim Horton's Mocha was really good while we watched! the sun was shining bright, so it wasn't toooo bad.

Now we are home for a bit, but then I want to take the boys to get some summer clothes.

Have to take out something for dinner...maybe steaks on the grill?

Good Evening everyone!

We made it back from the mall and dinner. The boys each got 2 pairs of shorts and Steve got a new pair of tennis shoes. then we went to dinner at Chilis. We love that place!!

not staying up late tonight. Steve says he doesn't feel well, and as usual, I am tired! LOL I am the type of person that is early to bed, early to rise. For some reason, I go to bed later then I would like and I still have to get up early! Even in high school, during the week, if there was nothing going on, or I wasn't working, I would be in bed at 9. Gotta catch those ZZZZs when I can!

the boards will be upgrading soon!

hey everyone!!! we're back
I have a ton of laundry to do tomorrow...ugh...and Denis' mom called us today to go eat over, but we had to say no, just too tired and we wanted a day to ourselves and unwind. She was a bit upset, but oh well, she'll get over it LOL

Denis and Nancy! Glad to have you back!! I understand the too tired to go over to eat. Once you get home, there is just SO much to do and you're exhausted from the drive. Just relax and recover!!! WELCOME HOME!

I haven't figured out if there is a visible update to the boards yet. It could just be behind the scenes!!

the boys and Steve cleaned up and fertilized the yard while I cleaned up in the house. then we had steaks on the grill with roasted red skin potatoes and baked beans. Oh and ciabatta bread too! Then I made 48 yellow cupcakes for the celebration of our track coach's b-day! the other Mom is making 48 chocolate cupcakes. We have 78 boys plus 4 coaches, so that's 82 people, and we'll have 96 cakes. Enough for the moms to have some too! LOL

How exciting to be packing!! I was thinking of packing today as I was cleaning, but it was thoughts like, we're driving so I won't be limited in what I can take...and I won't be working, so I'll have more time to really think out what we take and I can start a bit earlier if I want...and how I am dropping the dogs off at 1130 on Friday, so IF I get the packing under way, then I can clean the house REALLY good before we leave! LOL

I am off to tuck in my kids and then get ready for tomorrow! I am working 8-1 and then I'll run home and frost the cupcakes and make dinner!

I would have just written the girls a letter from the Easter Bunny saying how full the suitcases were and he just KNEW there would be no room to get it all home, so he left the baskets at the house. Then I would have had your Mom to come over and set everything out and maybe hide a few eggs around the house for them! You are a brave woman to take all that with you!!!!!!

I know I wish I had done that. That is what our friend who is coming with us is doing......But it will be fun we are going to color eggs in the room with the kids too......Then I will hide them. I have the plastic eggs already filled with Disney Dollars tooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello fellow cruisers!!! Randy here...

Ok...so I'm sitting here thinking about a cruise that is like 18 months away, how sad is that?

Things I want to do on the next cruise:

Try some new dishes off the dinner menu
Try some new things at some of the outside eateries
Try some new drinks (non-alcoholic ofcourse, sorry guys...LOL)
Try to capture the moments with the grandkids as much as possible (Hopefully they go!)
Hang out with a great group of fellow cruisers in the late evenings
Maybe try some bingo
Maybe see some of the family interactive shows in Studio Sea
Take a galley tour
Take more advantage of the adult pool and spas
Maybe sign up for a spa massage
Morning walk or jog
Not be late for the stupid life vest muster drill thingy
Take more photos, including group photos

And soak up as much as the Western Caribbean has to offer!!!!

Anyone got any ideas that I might have missed???

More ice cream sounds great!
Not rushing to dinner...hummmm...especially on the first night. I would have enjoyed the view a little longer while we sailed away from the Florida coast!

Hey Everyone!!

Been a BUSY day! went to work from 8-1, then stopped in Walmart for milk and napkins. Got home, took out the neighbor's dog, iced 48 cupcakes, topped with sugar sprinkles, loaded the car with table, napkins, cupcakes and Birthday banner, fixed dinner of ham, taters and corn, fed the boys, picked up Matt and headed to track. Set up the table and cakes for the coach's surprise! She was tickled that we did that for her! Stood around, socializing, waited for track to be over, stopped at the Middle School for a form I need to pass on to someone else, took Matt home, stopped at the neighbor's to get a gift they got me for watching their dog! Unloaded the truck, unloaded and loaded the dishwasher, and FELL into this chair! Honestly, as soon as Steve gets home, I am IN bed! I am beat!! My feet actually hurt tonight!! LOL I think tomorrow will be a good day to stay in my jammies for most of the day! Although, we have meet at 530, the boys have to be there at 430! Sheesh! Run, Run, Run!!!!

Hey everyone! Busy day Michele!!! I feel like I am going non stop the last couple months! If I'm not working I'm driving. Beauty and the Beast starts Friday, 4 shows this weekend, 6 next weekend, then we can breathe for a couple week till the variety show starts!

We are having a thunderstorm! Don't hear that very often in MN in March. Sure as heck beats snow!
