Disney "Magic" or Location...Is it Worth the Trade Off?

OK..I take it that most of you who live in Orlando must have an annual pass or something because I know the parks are pretty expensive for one day. If so..how much are the passes for a FL resident or are there any special deals??

I'm trying to get as much information about everything before I go..I mean move..down there!!:goodvibes:thumbsup2

If you don't have a pass..how much is it for a one day for a FL resident??:confused3

Here's the information of FL resident pricing:

Make sure you have your FL issued ID before you purchase any resident passes.

I've had the regular AP since 2004 and enjoy the convenience of heading over whenever. But as others have said, I see things differently now than when I was a tourist. The biggest problem I have is crowds. I just don't have the patience to go when its really busy since I've done everything. Sometimes I run over for 2-3 hours and then come home...that's a nice thing to be able to do...you know? ;)

Thank You Metro West!! I just checked them out. When I move down there..I think that I'm gonna go with the preimum pass..that just seems more logical to me!!!;)

I think I'd like to live down there when "retired" and maybe work as a ride loader or something. For now with young kids, it's kind of nice to have it far enough away where it makes a trip a huge event. Things are just more fun when they're more difficult to attain - human nature.
