Found out today from my travel agent that our itnerary has changed. Thursday will be Key West, Friday is still Nassau, and Saturday will be Castaway Cay. Different times for on and off ship too. 5 months out.....I can't wait!!! LOL

Yea we received an email from the cruise line about the change. Still excited!

Wow! Surprise! We're going on a Disney cruise!

Quite unexpected. Our vacation plans went from going to Key West for a week to driving from Miami to Key West to a just week at Deerfield Beach (an hour north of Miami). Then I read the notice about the switch in days for Key West. Key West? We will have a week at the beach, a couple nights in Miami Beach, then cruise to Key West!

So, last week we booked the cruise! My husband's first ever cruise. He's a recent Disney convert with two week-long trips to WDW in the past two years.

I've had a few more WDW trips, four night Wonder cruise, seven night Fantasy cruise and last summer an Alaska cruise with Celebrity.

They decided to wait on the list till there was a better idea of how many people we would have. They have a tight budget.

Hi (again)!
I was chatting with family that has done the FE before on previous Disney cruises and I realized I had some questions I need to ask, just to be sure. Lol!
First, are we supposed to give gifts every night? Or just 1 night?
Second, I had a thought: If the cabin amounts continue to grow some we aren't closing until November, why don't we group the cabins by 10. (Ex:Group A = 10 cabins, Group B = next 10... Etc) In order to make it easier on all? Just an idea that my sister in law gave me that was done in her previous FE group.

Here is latest copy of the fish extender list. I may not be on dis boards a lot over the next 3 weeks. I am having surgery to fuse a few of the bones in my neck on the 18th and I figure the first 2 weeks post surgical might have me a little loopy. I promise to get everything up to date by Labor Day!!! Only 4 more months!!!! Counting the days.....

That sounds good. 13 or so isn't bad. Yes, if everyone likes the idea it may be a good way to do it if we have a lot more signing up.

I sent it to my husband to watch, he enjoyed it. It's his first cruise, so I'm really hoping he likes everything. Silly me, I'd forgotten it was a holiday cruise. We booked it for the Key West stop.

Until my husband joined me and we visited WDW in February, my four trips to WDW and two DCL cruises have all been in December. I love the holiday decorations and think the ship would look plain (well, not really) without them.

Three weeks until we are paid in full and can book Palo!

We booked for the Key West stop too! Actually I was thrilled to learn they changed the itinerary so we head there first instead of looking forward to it the entire trip. This is our first Disney cruise but our second cruise - last time we went on the "not a party" boat during spring break (gags) hopefully this trip will be much better.

What is the "not a party" boat?

I'm sure you will enjoy this cruise. The Disney ships are beautiful, even more so at Christmastime.
