Disney Look and Ear Piercing

Hi, friends!

I'm looking at applying to the DCP for Spring 2015. I have a ear piercing in my right cartilage, which I know violates the Disney look. It is possible to not wear it and you can't tell, but will the fact that I even have the piercing hurt my chances?
