Lately I've been on a kick watching episodes of CakeBoss (Don't judge me!) and in the last episode I watched he and his family went to WDW and he made his daughter a cake of Cinderella's castle.

I drifted over to Cakewrecks and noticed that the webmaster had posted a Disneyland hotel cake!

According to the site they think it was made by a Disney pastry chef.

It made me think about what landmark I would want if I were having a cake made of a Disney landmark.

It would be great fun to have a Space Mountain Cake - especially if the cake inside was dark chocolate fudge or something along those lines to sort of tie into the ride!

Anybody else?

Oh, wouldn't it be fun to have a cake made like the Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom?! That would be so intricate and difficult to do, I bet.
My friends had a Mickey cake made for my bday last year - red velvet with cream cheese icing - YUM!!!

Grand Floridian cake. Still a LONG 195 days till our next trip there.

Or Spaceship Earth.

I just saw this Splash Mountain cake. It is made by Disney for a Disney Wedding at WDW. Personally, if it were my cake, I would be disappointed. What about this is Splash Mountain? I never would have known that was what it was supposed to be if I didn't know it was a Disney cake.

PS. The bride who got this cake loved it.

Ooooh I would want a Haunted Mansion cake too! Or a Tower of Terror one!

I would LOVE a Haunted Mansion cake too! Mostly this perspective of the Mansion

It would be fun to do that with a little graveyard in the front and whatnot.

I think a Rock N' Rollercoaster cake would be great fun too!

Well, if I had to make the disney icon cake then it would be the matterhorn because I can easily make a big brown lump!

But if I wasn't making it I would choose the epcot ball (the thought of grey icing makes me think of the armadilla cake in Steel Magnolias :lmao:) or It's a small world. That would be so much fun for a kids party!

Pirates of the Caribbean cake. I could see one shaped like the ship witha tall mast. Pirates around a treasure sitting on the deck. Maybe Mickey dressed as a pirate on the front. I wish I had the skill to make one.....lolpirate:
