Disney Junior Live Characters

Does anyone know how the disney junior live pre show works? I assume it's still Sofia and jake like in the video posted on YouTube ages ago but do you actually get time to meet them? Are they out frequently and how long for? Are there may other characters as I know they have doc mcstuffins in America.

Also I assume that the dlp show still contains handy manny, einsteins and Winnie rather than Sofia, doc mcstuffins and jake like the America ones?

You would be correct. It is basically Jake and Sophia doing dance moves for the kids (and adults!) to join in with. No meet and greet I'm afraid, its just for the preshow and lasts about 15 minutes

Although they won't stop dancing and won't sign autographs. If your child isn't scared to dance then you will easily get photos of them holding hands and dancing with them both which effectively is meeting them. It's just a lot more energetic than the normal meet and greet.

Thanks for your reply guys. Do you know what happens when the show starts? I suppose you have to walk through and can't just wait with them for longer. We've seen the show a few times before (plus DD has the video of the Paris and US versions which she watches almost daily!) But this was before the pre show existed. I know she's desperate to meet Sofia and Jake but she usually takes a while to warm up to situations like the one you described. I wonder if you can walk into the preshow then out before the real show kicks in?

im sure you could do that, as the doors will still be open for people to come in, so you can just get out there I suppose.

Jake and Sofia will leave before everybody is let in to the main show room, however you can also leave and miss the show.
