I ate at Palio for the first time, this past May. It was wonderful! I had the ~Piccata alla Milanese - pork tenderloin with prosciutto, mushrooms and linguine ~ and it was divine! 
I think I might actually of quietly moaned once or twice, it was so tasty....lol..
Mama Melrose's is fine, but not on the same level as Palio.
I've heard good things about Portobello Yacht Club, and look forward to trying it out next trip.
