I customized all our four Magic Bands with different colors on My Disney Experience more than a month ago. Yesterday when the Bands arrived, only one has color, the other three are all grey. :mad::headache:

Has anybody tried asking them to send a new set of Magic Bands?
 
I would call and see if they can have a new set made. They can have them waiting for you at the resort.
 

This past November, I ordered 6 bands. As it got closer to our trip time, the MDE site listed only 3 shipped. I was worried and called member services, and they were able to send 3 others (just in case all 6 didn't arrive). The original 6 came, plus the extras.
 
Disney IT did it again. All the Fastpass+ reservations that I originally selected for 4 persons, now all show only for 2 persons. Now I have to re-book all my Fastpass+ reservations. :headache:

The Disney IT got to be one of the worst among the big corporations.
 
Pretty presumptuous to assume it was an IT error. Happens a lot lately, it seems.
 
I was on the site almost everyday, and it always showed "Disney Fastpass+ for 4". Then yesterday, it suddenly became "Disney Fastpass+ for 2". So I'm pretty sure it's an IT problem.

Not presumptuous at all.

Clearly it is an IT error.

They allowed CMs and Guests access after-all.

And once that happens .................. MBK errors are uncontrollable. :badpc:
