Disney is Calling and e-mailing me?

I had them call me one time and the first time I called back.....it was a mystery. i called back again and they informed me they had overbooked and offered me an upsell.
I hope it is positive news and am waiting for the mystery to be solved.
 
This thread is actually making me nervous..........please post what they wanted!
 

I would bet the farm that DH is planning something special and contacted GUest Services for help with it and this Audra or whoever has been trying to get back in touch with him.
 
Now I'm dying to know too! *sigh* I'm just living vicariously through those of you who have an actual trip planned :hmghost:
 
WOW...I would be dying. I would have to know. I will bet it has to do with YOMD promotion. Keep us posted.:yay:

We both have been working all week and haven't received any other info. As I said I have called and there is nothing noted on our December reservation.

Thats why I'm stumped.

We have just responed to the e-mail. We gave them DH's cell phone number but he hasn't received another call yet.

Maybe as someone said, he did arrange something and is hiding it from me. I don't know if he would do something like that. I'm the planner in this family. Ha Ha!

I will keep you informed when I get any further info.

Glad you are ok and no bad news has arrived. Did you husband look caught or suspicious like he planned something for you:yay: . Hope it all turns out well. It is amazing how we all don't know one another, yet we can be so worried for each other! What a great group:grouphug:
 
Well my DH finally spoke to Disney today! All is well.

We had left a day early on our September trip for personal reasons. Nothing to do with our trip.

She didn't outright ask why we left early but did ask that everything was ok.
Asked if it was a problem at the hotel. dh told her that there was no problem and we left early for an other reason.

Good News!
She did offer us the free dinning promo for next fall.

Now we just have to decide and quick because she needs an answere as soon as possible

wow what can I say - It is nice to see that CUSTOMER SERVICE is still alive and well at Disney

Now I have to go to the web site and start pricing a potential 2008 fall trip

That is pretty great news from Customer Service. I have been checking in several hours a day to find out what happended. I think you should book the trip for next year! Thanks for letting us know what happended.
