Today when I got home I seen a 407 area code number on my phone. I called it and got the central reservation #. I gave them my info and said that I was returning a call _ I don't have voice mail so I don't know why they called. He looked up my ressie and said everything appears fine and that there was nothing on the account that says they called.

OK so fine whatever.

Then I checked my e-mail tonight and this is the message.

Dear Chris,

I have been unable to reach you. Is there a better day and time to reachyou or is there a different telephone number to reach you at? I would like the chance to speak with you. If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us. Please include your full name, E-Mail address, and reservation number ifapplicable on all correspondence. Thank you! Sincerely, AudraGuest ServicesDisney Reservation Center PLEASE NOTE: All information is subject to change without notice and should be confirmed just prior to your visit.

Chris is my DH.

Has anyone ever received this?

The only thing that I think it might apply to is an e_mail I sent a long while ago but I am just not sure>

anyone have any insight

I think it might be wise to give them a call, but I might think twice about replying with personal info via email.

....who knows, maybe they were from the dream squad and want to give you a YOMD surprise!!

I'd get nervous if they did that so close to my travel date.

Call - don't send any information via email. You will feel better when you know what this is all about.

Although I wish for you that it is regarding YOAMD, I suspect you are now one of the growing number of people who will have a problem with their ressie just prior to leaving on their trip. Please look for my post on this board, there is also another. In summary, it seems the Disney travel company had some computer problems at the time of their PLUTO PIN code offer, which is now causing final documents to notbe sent out, and balances due to be showing up on reservations. I have been embroiled in this for the last 3 very aggravating days !! I caution you to speak to a supervisor,( although they have been utterly useless) write down ALL details, names/times etc.CAUTION: they do try to "strong arm" you for the $$$ without putting much, if any effort into investigating the problem. Today is 9 days out for me,with weekends and holidays coming up and still no resolution!:headache:
BUT, I hope for you it's something good, and you don't have to go through what I am !:goodvibes

I got a call just 2 days ago. Thaught it was the YOAMD. Not so:sad1: Just Disney calling me to let me know that the airfair I booked would go up $10 per person if not paid off by a certain date due to oil surcharge or something like that. So if you booked airfair through them and are with united that could be it.

I don't know about anyone else but that sounds so much like a spam thing. Disney should never ask you to give any information unless they ask for it.

The reason I am saying to be so careful and NEVER give out anything unless YOU call THEM, is because of paypal and ebay. My husband has very active accounts with them. My email has NEVER been used ever in any of my husband's business. Yet I get emails saying that *I* need to give information to either paypal or ebay such as my password or other information. It's a way for hackers to get your inforamtion because you will provide it. So don't ever give it out in reponse to any email you receive requesting this information. CALL!

I report any emails I get from these idiots right back to ebay and paypal.

good point disnut8. When the Disney TA called. She had all my info and verified it with me. I didnt have to give any info out.

talk to DH. MAybe he is trying to plan a suprise for you- that's why the e-mail went to him? But I agree 100%- DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO to anyone you did not contact yourself.

what happened!! Did you call?? I am dying to know.:scared:

I hate waiting for "the rest of the story"!

Marcy Mouse: Hope you received some good news. :goodvibes

Hope things are working out in your favor.
