Disney inspired makeup!! PLUS NEW HALLOWEEN IDEAS! Added 10/30!

I wasn't going to post this here just because it isn't disney related so much, but I figure if you want to dress as the haunted ghosts in HM you can use bits of this.

On youtube, someone had requested me to do a Marie Antoinette look and I did hair to match based on this video :

Jasmine! I love it! So freakin' cute! And I love the up-do! :thumbsup2

Thank you for posting your eyeliner tut too! I usually use pencil and then fill in what I couldn't get with wet eyeshadow with a flat brush. I've always had a hard time with liquid, but I love how you do the cat-eye-ish on yours. It really brings out your Asian-ish eyes. I have the same almond eyes and I would love to bring mine out more. I need to just sit down next weekend and practice. :)

Kaycee! So I know you didn't post a look but I have a question about the brushes you used in your foundation tut. I love them! Can you tell me which ones they are and where you got them? :goodvibes

Thanks Courtney :)

You should TOTALLY practice with liquid. It changed my life ;) I never used pencil EVER again after getting liquid down.

Haha, at least I know some people here are checking my blog ! In the tut, I first used a black handled foundation brush from Sonia Kashuk - you can get that at Target =), then MAC 187 SE (special edition) - you can get the set at Cosmetics Company Outlet, & powder brush by NYX - umm, I got this at the outlets too.

let me know if you want to know anything else ! :)

I wrote them down. I have a CCO right across the street from my work. Awesome!

That's amazing!! All of your make-up styles are incredible! I love that green; I have a UD shadow that's a similar shade that I wore with my Mad Hatter costume at MNSSHP. I wish I would've thought to get more creative like you gals.

OMG!! I love it!!!! That is exactly what I was hoping for!! YAY!!!!!! You rock!! I'll watch the tut when I get home tonight, sometime between making dinner and adding the sequins to the garter I'm sewing...by hand....LOL I can't wait to see Jazzie's too!! Thank YOU so much!! :)

:cool1: :goodvibes thank you so, much! Now all i have to do it get liquid eyeliner. I have one question :goodvibes I had told you a couple weeks back about the bee costume :) do you know of any good yellow's and black eyeshadow? also, maybe some glitter?

I promise that I am getting to your makeup !!

I was planning on doing it soon. When do you need it by ?

I just bought some yellow NYX glitter that I think would work perfect. I usually use Mehron as a base then just pust gold over it, but the other color I could say is MAC primary yellow pigment, golden lemon.

For right now, I'm using Maybelline Expertwear Eye Shadow in Night Sky for black. It has a really nice faint glitter in it that is so fun :)

Does Smee have a beard? And how do you paint on a beard?

I'm going to be Smee for Halloween. DD is going to be a pirate, her friend will be Wendy, sibling will be Tink, mom will be Pan, grandma will be Hook.

Since MAC pigments are expensive , you can get Chrome Yellow eyeshadow or whatever the name of it is. Its cheaper than a pigment. If you prefer a pigment, you should go to www.thebodyneeds.com for sample size of the MAC pigments. Im not sure if they have a yellow there but its a great site !

Hi !

pixiewings71 asked Jazzie & I to do a Vegas Showgirl look for her & her best friend for this Saturday ! This is my interpretation of a Showgirl look! I did a live tutorial so it would be easier for her to copy from :)

I know you are going for the Vegas Showgirl look, but DD took one look at you and said, "She looks like Peter Pan!":lmao: don't put too much stock in it, she is only 3. Maybe we should take her to Vegas to see what a showgirls looks like instead of DL.:rotfl:
