Tomorrow Disney Infinity is supposed to be gold box on Amazon for 50% off - if this is the case I will be buying mine there and canceling my Gamestop order. fingers crossed!

Where do you go to find out future gold box deals? Is it just the starter set or figures as well?

I decided to cancel my order. Of course, the link to cancel the order was not working and it directed me to email my cancellation. I emailed the cancellation, but I have no idea if they will process it or not. Luckily, it was free shipping for me so if they send it, they're wasting their money because I'm returning the figure to the store as soon as I get them!!

Don't forget that Target and some other stores will match Amazon prices as long as it is valid at the time you present the documentation. If you still have a Target 20% coupon or Red Card, it could be an even better price and you won't have to wait for them to ship!!

I wish they would just notify me one way or the other so I would know whether to order off of amazon tomorrow. I have never had this happen with an online order. No communication, missing ordering - absolutely ridiculous.

I just checked mine today and all it says is open. I had forgotten all about these until I stumbled on this thread today. Now I'm wondering too if I should order from amazon too. I'm not a huge GameStop fan I should've stayed away from this deal!

I received an email tonight saying they could not cancel my order because it was already prepared for shipping. However, I've received no email saying they've shipped, and my order status still shows "N/A" next to all the figures. Needless to say, I will be returning all 4 of my figures when they finally arrive. I'm so glad I thought to price match this deal at Walmart on Black Friday as a back up. I will NEVER shop Game Stop again. I've never liked them anyway because they are so overpriced, and now this.

I went from zero to 60 in no time flat with this Infinity thing...sure hope the kidlet can figure out how to play it.

No worries! My DD19 and I splurged and bought this for ourselves on Thanksgiving day, and we've had so much fun playing it ever since!! And if your kiddo is used to playing video games at all, they'll pick up on it in a flash, it's very simple to just start playing.

But what's also great about it is it has two parts to it....the 'adventures', and the 'toy box'. The toy box can be anything from very simple (just running around doing whatever....you can get bikes, cars, even BEACH BALLS for your character to play with, lol) to very high-tech (building your own video game!! You seriously can build whatever you can dream up.....race track, platforms, elevators....etc). I have been super impressed with this game, and honestly think it's worth much more than what they sell it for. (Still thrilled I got it for cheap tho, lol).

Awesome! I got my Dash figure today, but nothing on the other three yet. My order is still open. I don't think I'll order from Gamestop again.

It equates to false advertising, but the stores get away with it. They should be made to honor a sale if they take the order and put a hold on a credit card.

I'm confused. I followed the link from above for the Amazon gold deal and it says "One day until 12/5 deal begins." Today is 12/5. Anyone know when this kind of deal starts?

Two of the ones that I ordered show as in stock on the website again, but absolutely no change in my order status. I'm sorry, they shouldn't be offering them for sale, until they ship out all these orders. I will not be ordering from them again, that's for sure.
Wonder how the Amazon deal is going to work, each description says 50% off select accessories, or figures, and they start at several times throughout the day. Will there be multiple to pick from each time do you think, or is it just the one that they have pictured?

It looks likes you will have some to choose from, and it also looks like they are going to have it twice today. I called gamestop yesterday - held for 51 minutes. The guy said that my order would ship today, so we shall see.

Just checked my bank account again and the charge went through this morning, but the web site only shows 1 of the 2 figures I want in stock. Hmmm...I might just try to get the Amazon deal and then return the figures to Gamestop.

This is off the specific topic, but while we are looking for credit card charge from Gamestop...
I ordered a bunch of stuff from Express on black Friday, it was delivered to me this morning, but I have no charge on my card, and no pending charge. Isn't that a bit strange?
