Disney Infinity Characters GameStop BOGO

Still no shipping notification on mine, haven't heard anything from them at all.
 
I ordered 4 figures and only 1 shipped. So I called earlier today and after over an hour wait, the representative said that the other 3 have been released from the warehouse and should be shipped out probably tomorrow. When I checked my order status online, it no longer says "currently unavailable online".
So I'm hoping he's right.
 
The other day there was an "n/a" next to Syndrome, and that figure wasn't available online anymore. The other items had shipped, and my order was still Open.

Last night all had shipped; the other figures and a game altogether by UPS, and Syndrome by USPS.

And I found Vanellope at the second Target I checked, on Saturday. All of that after getting the Lightning Deal on the PS3 game doohickey (technical term, LOL).

I went from zero to 60 in no time flat with this Infinity thing...sure hope the kidlet can figure out how to play it. :rotfl:

I ordered Dash and Davy Jones. I have a confirmation email for Dash having shipped, but nothing for Davy Jones. I'm not going to sweat it yet.
 

I'm pretty discouraged right now, I haven't heard anything at all from gamestop, but I checked my bank account today and usually when I shop online the charge shows as "pending" until it ships, well today the gamestop charge is completely gone, it no longer even shows as pending :mad: But when I check their website it shows my order as open.

Yep, this is me too. It was pending over the weekend, but its no longer there at all.
 
I just checked and all 4 of my figures say N/A. I ended up price matching this deal at Target and Walmart for the characters I actually wanted so I'm going to try to cancel this order. If I can't cancel I will just return them.

Yeah, my charges have disappeared as well. Very disappointed that GS has not even sent out an email update as to the situation.

I went to Order History and clicked on the order number. That's where it shows what I ordered and the N/A status next to the item.
 
I can no longer look up my order and no correspondence from GameStop. This really ticks me off.
 
I just saw this thread. I looked up my order, and it also says N/A for all the shipping numbers! So frustrated :(.
 
My Jack Skellington arrived today. Woody is still out of stock. GameStop will be added to my list of don't shop here online for Black Friday if they cancel. Best Buy is on that list for repeatedly selling items they don't even have in stock. It's sucks that stores do this.

It equates to false advertising, but the stores get away with it. They should be made to honor a sale if they take the order and put a hold on a credit card.
 
With all of your problems I am glad they were out of stock when I tried to order them on BF. We are lucky to have two Gamestops near us and despite having worked all night DS 22 and I ran over and got 2 figures For DS11. Both stores were pretty well stocked.

I did not have luck with online this year. Too many people realize that the online sales start early.

I placed an order, it still shows open. My store had tons of characters on their shelves on Sunday, but it appeared sale was over and I had already ordered, so I didn't push. Wish I had remembered to go Friday to get the preowned buy 2, get 1 free. I was right next door at craft store, but never thought of it after waiting all week for Friday's sale! I always prefer to touch &buy in store, however, I apparently didn't remember to go to the store. I really need to start making a more detailed written list.....
 
Tomorrow Disney Infinity is supposed to be gold box on Amazon for 50% off - if this is the case I will be buying mine there and canceling my Gamestop order. fingers crossed!
 
I checked my order this morning and it doesn't even show up on GameStop's site. It shows NO order, and all I have is a shipping confirmation on one figure. I sent an email yesterday asking about the second figure but it doesn't sound as if they are very quick about replying from what I'm reading on this thread. I know it's only $14, but it's still annoying. They should inform you if they haven't got what you ordered and ask if you want to wait until they have them back in stock or cancel the order. They shouldn't leave you in the dark and automatically ship you half your order without explanation about the other half.
