ok, so i go to disney world once, sometimes twice a year, ive always gone in january and in april. so this year were planning to go nov. 27-30. most holiday festivities start on the 28. we figured it would be less crazy in novem then in decem. please tell me about crouds and stuff on thatkgiving weekend. also remember the reason were going is for the christmas in disney activities. and mickeys christmas thing isnt important to us so dont worry about that:santa:

You need to know that Thanksgiving is the second busiest day (week) of the year behind Christmas. My DD and I found this out by accident 2 years ago when we stayed over for Thanksgiving week. We arrived the week before Thanksgiving and went to Epcot that Wednesday, Soarin was on a 10 min wait, that next Monday before Thanksgiving it was 180 min wait just to give you an idea of the crowds in Nov. We have always gone in Dec around the 9th and the crowds were minimal and the lines were short.
Have fun!!

Actually, Thanksgiving is 4th behind Christmas, Easter (Spring Break) and 4th of July in high crowd rankings. But it will still very crowded on that weekend. The first three weeks in December will have lower crowds than that weekend. December 14 - 20 (the third week) will have the lowest crowds of the month, actually some of the lowest crowds of the entire year. The crazy Christmas crowds will start arriving on the 21st. Hope this info helps.

November: 10, 11, 14, 16, 20, 21, 30 are the dates for the Christmas party if you can schedule your trip earlier you won't miss out on Christmas. And I know the Osbourne lights at HS are not scheduled until the 28th but they have always been up earlier, in fact we went 2 years ago and they were up on Nov. 14th.
Have fun!!
