I was wondering if anyone can tell me what it cost them to visit in May so I can get an idea of the budget I need to have. Two adults and two kids (6,7) looking at Pop or POR.

Thanks!

I think that time of year the rooms at POR are between $180-$200 a night on weekdays. A little more on weekends. Ticket prices are usually the same all year long unless they have a ticket increase before you buy your tickets. The dining plan will probably increase in price before next May as well. But right now it is around $55 a day per adult.

If you were able to get a PIN code or get a public free dining offer for POR it would really help the budget out a lot because you would be saving about $150 a day not having to pay for all of you to have the dining plan. (If you planned on getting it)

I think a 4 day ticket at current prices is between $270-$290 if I remember correctly. I could be way off. It has been awhile since I checked ticket prices.

Last tickets I bought were (2) 1 day park hopper tickets and (2) 1 day tickets and it cost around $450.

It is too early to be able to price out a package on the Disney website.

Yeah I've been trying to find out anywhere if Disney has run free dining in early May in the past but I haven't found anything. :(

I'm impatiently waiting for packages to release for 2014! I hope we can afford it!:worried:

I think they have in past years, not this year. Mousesavers maintains a list of all discounts offered for about the last 5 years, you can check there to see what they have done in the past. But it probably has no bearing on what they might do in the future for times that are not traditionally free dining times, like May. They are trying to offer less discounts over the last few years.

We are FL residents and got 20% off our room (if I remember correctly) and discounted tickets. It was 2 adults and 2 kids (both under 3). We paid $1600 for Royal room Riverview, 4 day park hoppers and the regular dining plan for 4 nights. We went My 13-17

Thanks Cobern! We aren't Florida residents but that gives me a ball park idea!
