I want to take the kids to DW next summer but worry about the heat and crowds. Thinking of June 10th through 15th. We are from Ga so we are used to heat, but dont really want to be miserable. Any thoughts?

We went this time last June and it was HOT and Humid, but we did not feel the crowds were too bad and using fastpass we were able to ride everything we wanted and not wait too long..
Not my first pick to go but not too bad at all.

We were at WDW in June of 04 and it was BRUTAL! We have also been there in July and August but found mid June to be awful. I'm from (NE) PA and if we have three consecutive days at 90 or above it is considered a heat wave. Me and my family just don't do the heat very well. However, being from Georgia your weather must also be very hot and humid. If you decide to go just pack the sunscreen and remember...better to be in Disney than at home wishing you were.

There in 2005 and it rained every day.

:sunny: We went this past June 6- 13 and it was okay. We are from Tennesse so we are used to the humidity, but it wasn't as humid as it can get in Orlando. The lines were not too bad! We are actually planning to go again this June. :yay:

I have the same desire to go in early June because of crowds. I am afraid that being from California I might have to try for another time of year. With my kids school schedual every off time is a bad time. Any reccomendations?

We were there in June 2005 and June 2006.

We opted for the first week of June for several reasons:

1. Kids are out of school
2. Star Wars Weekends at MGM Studios
3. Very early in hurricane season

In June 2005 it rained off and on nearly every day.

June 2006.... rained the first night.... the rest of our 8 day vacation was bright and sunny.

I'm from deep south texas..... humidity is no biggie for me..... neither is the heat.

We are planning another trip next year...... June 2007!

I was there firsy week of June 2004 and it was hot and crowded. I live in probolay the worst area for humidty and I thought it was bad. The single line for test track was 1hr wait. Reg. line was 2hrs and fast pass was sold out for the whole day. I might have been there a bad time but I know I won't go back at that time.
