Disney in December- what not to miss?

Our trip is coming up! We will be in Disney World from Dec 5-14. We have a lot of plans made, restaurant reservations, Mickey's Christmas Party, Fast Passes, etc.
I was wondering if anyone wanted to chime in and tell me what is a must-see or do at this time of year?

we enjoy visiting the Deluxe Resorts like GF and CR and seeing the decorations and life sized gingerbread house

The candlelight processional at EPCOT. The storytellers at EPCOT are fun too. The Grand Floridian and Wilderness Lodge lobbies.

I don't know if you are planning to go offsite but Sea World has a special holiday celebration that is free with park admission on select nights. Wild Arctic turns into Polar Express with a motion sim or walk through and there are shows at night. You can pay extra for preferred seating but you do not have to.

We will be there almost the same time as you, OP
Make sure you take some time to check out the holiday decorations in the resort hotels (the lobby of the Grand Floridian is AMAZING, for example). Also, there are amazing decorations at the campgrounds at Fort Wilderness that I would encourage you to go see http://land.allears.net/blogs/guestblog/2012/11/christmas_at_fort_wilderness_1.html

Holidays Wishes from Cali Grill is always nice and as brought up over and over the Grand. Love walking in after a long day at the parks and seeing the lobby on the way to the room. It's really great right before the Orchestra stops and the crowds of people not staying their have thinned.
