Definatly ride Expedition Everest, Rockin Rollar Coaster, Splash Mountain, Test Track, and Tower of Terror. Those are the more thrilling rides. For you, Space Mountain will be closed :[

I hope you have a wonderful trip!

Ty. ill definitly try those :goodvibes

Pirates and Haunted Mansion.

You. Must. Ride. These. Rides.

My best advice is to look at the Disney website or a guide book and figure out some of your must sees. This way you'll be able to go on those no matter what.
Space mountain and the TTA are closed :( so you won't be able to ride those.
But splash and big thunder mountain are really fun as well!
Even the rides that you think might be too 'little kidish' are actually a ton of fun as well!
Make sure to see a parade and the fireworks!
Take time to have an ice cream on main street, and ride the train around the magic kingdom.
Ask to sit in the front seat on the monorail (between mk and epcot is a nice ride :))
Schedule some nice sit down dinners (if you haven't already)
Enjoy your resort and your pool
Go ride Toy Story Mania (but get there early and get fastpasses!!!)
Test Track is a must do
so is Tower of Terror and Rock n' Roller Coaster
There is so much to do and see!
Have a great trip PM me if you have any questions!!!

I agree a guide book would be the best option.

Getting a guide book is a great idea.
I'd also suggest you make a plan of what day's you're going to do which parks. However, don't overbook or over-schedule each day. Take your time.
