Disney In A Day: Am I insane?

We have one day left on park hopper tickets and will be staying in Miami for a while. Thought it would be fun to do one day of touring (MK). Any advice?

Very doable. Even in the busy season. Just plan your day with your FP. Actually we have gotten the park down to a half day with use of FP during the off season.

While you can't see all the MK has to offer in one day, you should be able to see most of what you want. First, determine if you are going during a peak or slow time and what the park hours will be. Identify the rides, attractions, and shows that you want to see. Check to see which ones have fastpass. It also helps to know which rides and shows are long and which are short. Skip the parade and go on rides instead since they tend to be slower during parades. Develope a touring plan based upon this.

The key is to minimize standing in long lines. If a ride has a really long line, get a FP. If you can't get a FP, consider skipping the ride and moving on to something else.

With some advance planning and the use of FP, you can see an amazing amount in a single day.

A day at MK-- what better way to spend a day!!!

There's plenty that can be done in 1 single day at the MK. Like the previous posters said. Be sure to plan out some of the top priority things you want to do. Then be sure to use FP to your advantage. As it's a sure fire way to fit a few extra attractions. Also, if you want to take advantage of a nice sit down meal while there, be sure to book a PS. Waiting around as a walk up will waste too much time.
