Disney if Frank Wells didn't die

If Frank Wells didn’t die in that helicopter crash in April 1994, would things have been different at The Walt Disney Company? Would any of the planned parks/attractions conceived at the time (WestCOT, for example) have moved forward? Would there have been a better "Plan B" for park development when EuroDisney flopped?
