Do you have secret and not-so-secret habits that you do at Disney Parks or in planning your trips? I mean the kind that don't bother people, and the ones that drive them crazy!:headache: Like always riding the monorail first, or wearing the same Mickey Mouse socks for 20 years! I personally don't have anything to add, but I would love to hear some responses!:rotfl:

We always eat at the Backlot cafe in DHS. Not sure why, we consider other places every time, but we just end up there... *twilight zone music*

We always go to club cool in EPCOT, where I get the Israli soda (Lemon and Honey flavour) every time.

I always get a keyring from the Star Tours gift shop. Never walk in there with the intention, just always leave with one

Not very interesting, but its been a while :guilty: I'll see if I can remember some more...

Well I don't wear 20 year old Mickey Mouse socks (anymore :rotfl2:). But I do have a pair of Mickey Mouse earrings that I only wear at WDW. DH also gave me a beautiful Swarovski crystal heart pendant that has a hidden Minnie in it, and I wear it every day on our WDW vacations.

It has also become a tradition for the two of us to linger at park closing at MK for the Kiss Goodnight. Leaving before that would just be wrong.

Welll they're not weird, but we always have to go to DD the first night we are there and CP for breakfast at MK our first full day.

Also I like to get a pair of Mickey mouse earrings every time :)

We fly the red eye. We can't sleep the night before a trip anyway, but 4 out of 5 people in my family can sleep like a log on the plane, so it works for us.

I have a pair of Mickey earrings that I bought on the 1st trip we took the kids to Disneyland back in 1998. Now whenever we have a trip planned I wear the earrings every day starting at the 30-Days-to-go mark for good luck.

I don't know what I'd do if I lost them!! :scared1:

I have Mickey earings and pendent set that I wear if I'm planning to see Mickey. If I'm planning to see the princesses I wear my Cinderella slipper pendent. For the trip out I wear my Eeyore 'foundation garments'... a little Disney secret for just me and DH to be in on. I'll also wear a pair of Eeyore ears on the plane... not nearly as attractive as the afore mentioned! ;)

Always start and end our trip at MK and always have breakfast at Crystal Palace the first morning we are there.

I am not "at" WDW until I am sitting down outside Yakitori House, with my Shogun Combination as my first meal during my stay.

I always enter and leave the MK to the right (in the east portal, out the west)

I must take a picture of the ducks by the DHS boat dock.

I actually have 6 pairs of Disney socks that I bought from the online store years ago. However, I only wear them at Disney, so they technically are still sort of new. We generally go every 12-18 months, so I don't think my socks are in danger of becoming scary.:scared1:

We also have to always get a picture in front of this sign :

Because we are from Milwaukee, and it's cool to see our hometown with all these other cities!

I buy myself a piece of jewelry from the Mexican pavilion at Epcot every trip. I have quite the collection!

We also have to start every trip with MK, and end every trip with Hoop de Doo!

The only hotdog I ever eat is the one I get at Casey's every single time right before wishes starts! Not sure why, but it's just become a habit now.

On the first full day and last morning before having to get back to the resort to get picked up for the flight we always go to MK. I also pick up a cookie from Main st. bakery to eat at the airport! My last taste of Disney!

Claire :)

We always have our first lunch at Tony's and our least meal at the Plaza. After our meal at The Plaza, we walk to the front of the park, wave goodbye, and promise to come back.

Ever since my 1992 trip I take the same lounging picture on the wall of the waterfall in the Poly. However I realized a few days ago the picture from 1992 is M.I.A. so I'm starting to think I made up the origin of this tradition :rotfl:
