After our Disney cruise in August we are staying a couple of days at POFQ. We have transportation to the port. After the cruise can we get Disney transportation directly to our hotel or do we have to go MCO first to get the resort bus?

It will go to your hotel. You might have a few other stops at wdw hotels.

You need to call to arrange the transfers to WDW hotels. If you add the transfers online, they assume you are going to MCO. One difference between the buses to WDW and MCO: The buses to MCO leave as soon as they fill up. Because there are fewer people going to WDW resorts, those buses typically don't leave the port until 9:00am.

That is helpful - thank you!

And then we can just take ME to MCO after our hotel?

We booked cruise and hotel through a TA. Can I ask her to book transfer?

That's what travel agents are for :)

We are from Canada and using a TA out of Houston. The TAs in Canada cannot get us OBC and they charge us $60/person to book a cruise! So we haven’t actually ever met our TA face to face!

I have a TA in Canada that we use... she's a Disney expert one and they do not charge.

I see you already have your answers, but I'll agree with the PP who said that's what travel agents are for. In fact, I believe since you booked through a TA, adding the transfers is one of the things that must be done by the TA.

That I'm not sure of. I book my own cruises. :P We use her for Disney World because she takes care of the dining and Fast passes. :)

You should check if she can get OBC too. We paid the same as booking the cruise directly through Disney but got $300 credit.

Most people even in the US have never met their TA face to face. Today many, even the sponsors of this board, are web-based networks where you put in a quote request and someone like the agency owner will assign you to one of his/her agents who will contact you with a quote. Yes, you will be dealing with that agent (unless you're doing something like Costco where you call and it's luck of the draw if you get someone who knows anything at all about where you're going besides what the computer tells them), but the odds of you ever meeting face to face are pretty slim.
