Disney honeymoon registry??

Does anyone know what's up with this? I am able to log into my account and everything is correct, but my friend (and then myself) tried to search for me (or hubby) it said not found???

I know that it seems like they're always having problems with that site. Sometimes I can't log in and other times I can't search for a registry. I would try again in a little while.

Kendra and jennifer, thanks so much. I thought I was going crazy. I did check back and I'm there again, so hopefully it won't be an ongoing problem. I am not expecting much in the way of gifts, but feel bad if someone wants to check it out and can't.

are you using AOL? My aunt was having trouble with accessing using aol, but when she switched to IE she said it was fine... HTH

Yikes, they need to get their act together. I've also been having lots of problems logging in. I haven't heard from anyone yet about having difficulty finding our registry yet, but guess I should be prepared to. :\

I also tried everything just in case it was my end, Firefox, IE, rebooted my router, modem, computer multiple times LOL. Then I called them and they couldn't really help either. I waited a few days and then suddenly could login. Haven't bothered to check again lately though.

I was on the site yesterday and YES!!!! You have to put the code in, but it's a great bag (that was the only reason I did it). Now I have a gift on there, woo hoo double bonus!!!!

Is there something indicated on your reservation that it's your honeymoon? I know for our cruise, I had the TA put that along with the DFTW and that's the one I had to use for my registry. Also, it might take more than a day, but I know there is a phone number you can call and they can help you over the phone. (at the registry site)

Yeah they should have it down as a registry. My dad made the reservation and I think he told them the whole story of how I am getting married there, etc...lol. I will call the number if its a problem again. THANKS!!!

Can someone please tell me how the registry works? lets say I select a spa package or a place to eat, do we get a certificate for that one place for that amount or does the money just go on a gift card and you can use the gift card how you want?

The second part is correct. People can select what gift you get you, but that money goes on your gift card (that you got in the mail and registered on the site with) so you can spend it on what you want. Just be prepared if someone asks how you liked dinner at so and so place and you opted to buy mickey bars with your money, lol.

I don't think you can do the honeymoon thing until you have your DFTVR booked (which I think it still a few months away for you). I might be wrong, but I think that my vow renewal is on my cruise reservation.
