Disney homes

Has anyone stayed at a private home near Disney? How far are they from the parks ? Would you rent one again? Thanks

I have about 3 years ago over Christmas/New Years. It was an area called Indian Ridge and was very nice. It was approx 10-15 mins away from WDW.

We were 13 people in a 6 bdrm home and were the very first guests in it!! It was beautiful and would surely do it again!The home ws beautiful...with it's own private pool...and we took turns on cooking a great breakfast in the morning which helped to save some $$. It was nice also at the end of a long day to return and have a cup of tea and go over our days events at the huge kitchen table. A lot of fun...

There's some really lovely homes out there and in fact I am looking to doing this again this coming Christmas.
