Disney homes in Eagle Point

We are planning a trip to Disney in June. I am really close to reserving a house in the Eagle Point subdivision and was wondering if anyone else has ever stayed in a house there?
I would be renting from a website called 1st4disneyhomes, does anyone know about their reputation.
Any information would be appreciated!!!!

Not sure if you realize it, but Eagle Point is at least a full ten miles from the Main Gate, and at least fifteen from the MK. WIth the traffic mess on 192, it will take you at minimum 30 minutes to get to Ecot's entrance, and probably 45 to get to the TTC to go to the MK. If you are going during a busy time it could take you over an hour to get into Epcot and as much as two to get into the MK.
