Yes, they are fried wontons with some delicious filling. This is the description from allears.net:

Great Update! I'm not packed yet, either, so don't feel bad. I might pack next weekend. It's getting so close, but it doesn't feel like it yet. Oh! I'm going to be at Animal Kingdom on the morning of the 16th, too!

I was planning on doing the bulk of my packing next weekend but I have a funeral to go too on Saturday for Marc's Uncle and I need to fit in a pedicure and haircut. I think I need to start today or this week.

I still haven't tried Y&Y despite a fascination with one of their drinks, the Yak Attack. You'll have to tell me what you think.

Can I invite myself to Cape May in October??

Love the Animal Kingdom and the AKL and Jiko and I thought the Y & Y was so fun...so I'm with Jackie, it's all good stuff...

Fried Wontons.....before I had them I wasn't too sure...but they are now one of my absolute favorite Dis desserts...they're like Heaven on a Plate...

What time does DTD open? I'm just thinking we went there one morning and although I cannot swear by it, I think it was pretty close to opening (it was still cool and uncrowded I can promise that!). We then went to AK and I'm pretty sure we did not make it by noon. Just looking out for your ADR!

We ate breakfast at WPE (get the breakfast pizza...YUM!) but we also wandered quite a bit because we did not have any goals for the day so you might make it if you have a plan!

I have no real agenda at DTD, basically just eat some breakfast. I'm not sure what time they open but we'll get there pretty early. Jen wants to go to World of Disney and I want to hit up the pin shop, I don't think it will take us very long at all.

Sorry to hear about your knee troubles. Hopefully it will still be an injury-free trip for you.

Jen- The UP characters were still at Animation when I was there in December. I would suggest getting there early to see them if you don't want a wait. They arrived at 10:30, I got there at 11am and had to wait about 45 minutes to see them!

Sorry to hear about you two dropping Cape May, but hopefully you'll get there in October.

Yes, we have been busy. It makes the time go by faster for sure.
I'm a little sad about Cape May too but it was making our schedule a little hectic and I think it will be a priority ADR for us in October.

EE in the dark is SO much fun. The entire park seems totally different at night, it's amazing.

EE in the dark is the BEST! It won't be dark on our next trip during EMH so I am mightily jealous, I really really wish I'd taken pictures....the TOL is amazing from up there!

Those wontons look SO good! I'm bummed Y&Y did so poorly in our voting as I'd have loved to try those.

I'm still a little scared to do EE but I think I can manage it....

I love the treats from Goofy's, and although I love my junky apple, I really enjoy the pretzel rods. It's the combo of salt and sweet that really does it for me.

I never made it to Yak and Yeti on my last trip. I couldn't snag a ressie, so I'll be looking forward to this one for you guys.

I'm really, really looking forward to this one! I read over on the restaurant boards that this is not actually on the menu but you can ask for it as an appetizer or side to your meal. I love hummus! I love hummus too!!! Oh such delightful stuff...the more we talk about it, the more I'm so looking forward to this ADR!! Going to be crazy wild!!!!

I stupidly checked Accuweather for the 15 day forecast in my area. Guess what? It's supposed to snow at night on the day I fly out. I really hope that changes.

Okay in my preparing for Disney world update: Rental car has been secured and once again ladies and gentlemen XM radio has been insured...as many of you know nothing beats the 8 hour drive to Disney than me and some Broadway Music!! I even got a killer of a deal with taxes included I'm not paying more than $25.00 a day for the car, so Leslie you and I we will be living it up in style and getting lost in parking lots together WOOOT!!!!!!!

I've never tried hummus..it intimidates me because it's made of beans, I think, and I don't do lima beans, black beans, etc..it's the consistancy. Very cool you're going to take the time to check out the resort loop on the monorail! Keeping my fingers crossed the forecast for snow changes, Leslie! Jen..You and I would get along fine on a road trip..I looooove show tunes! Hooray for the good deal too!

As much as I love Tink, I don't think fairies are known for their brains. Tiana, on the other hand, is a smart girl, so she should be able to grasp the friendship across state boundaries thing.

LL- don't worry. You know they can never accurately forecast the weather in central Massachusetts until the day before a weather event. It will be ok. It HAS TO be. All my bad luck on my last trip guarantees good luck this time. I fly out only 9 hours after you- we WILL have good weather & smooth flights!!!
And- YUM! I love that hummus! I'll be at MK on the 17th, too for the pm EMH. I'm heading over after a 7-ish dinner at California Grill. Less than 2 weeks! I can't wait to hear how you like Saratoga Springs Resort- it looks so nice!
