It is not so much a cheesecake more like a really dense chocolate cake. So good and so rich...the lavender ice cream was a perfect companion It was from my iPhone so it is a bit blurry 
to my ears!

I am so ready to try this! This little baby along with one other thing keeps calling me to Jiko. Mmmmm.Chocolate and cheesecake how can you go wrong!! I love Epcot too but we were so overloaded it wasn't even funny.

Well, I still have one more Monday. Let me tell you, it won't be pretty either since my co-worker is out. That means I get to do everything, the plus side is that day will FLY by.
I'm still thinking about adding park hopper just so I can hop on my solo day before Jen gets there. I was kinda toying with the idea of doing a 4 Parks 1 Day thing just for something different but I don't know if I am that ambitious. What do you think?

It's supposed to re-open the 18th. Closed 11-17th. Just the week we're there.
I seriously considered adding park hoppers just so Mr. I and I could return to Epcot on Monday the 18th so we could ride it, since Mr. I didn't get to last time. But he said it could wait for our next trip. The word's next trip were

Jiko is yummy! I may have to try that chocolate cheesecake. I had the creme brulee last time and it was good, but not blow your socks off good. Now the short ribs were blow your socks off good!

I'm really excited I get to ride Test Track! I'm sorry...no I'm not.It's just too mean posting pics of that cheesecake, when I've restarted healthy eating for the new year. Very mean.
