Yup, that's what I did.... submitted my request - but I haven't received any feedback at all - at the very least an email would have been nice that my request has been received and is being reviewed. I guess I'll give them a call in the morning.
i remember reading in a similar thread that this has been known to happen. the cruiser ended up calling them to find out what happened, and the card was sent out very quickly after that phone inquiry.

I did not receive any sort of communication when I requested my card. No email, no confirmation, nothing to indicate if I did it right or acknowledge my request. I did, however, get an email informing me that it was getting shipped.
I called about the issue with making payments using a gift card. The cast member on the phone told me you cannot make partial payments with a gift card online. Don't know if this is true or simply a bug issue.
