Disney gift cards at non WDW resorts?

We are going to HHI in April on a cash stay and I just want to double check that I can pay with Disney gift cards like at WDW resorts. (Room balance as well as pool restaurants, bike rentals, boat cruise) I have never used Disney gift cards before but bought some 10% off around Christmas so want to put them to good use.
Also is does Aulani allow the same? We hope to go there in early 2018.

I know you can at Aulani. My DD went for thanksgiving with her aunt and I sent her with some Disney gift cards. I'm fairly certain you can use them at HH. Hopefully someone else can chime in with some "for certain" info.

I know from first-hand experience that you can at HHI. Last Thanksgiving week, I paid for my bike rental with a Disney gift card. I think I also used it at Tide Me Over, but not sure on that one. I'm sure on the bike rental though. Enjoy DHHIR, my favorite DVC resort.

I used to be able to use them up front applied to my account but they didn't let me do that last year??
