Can you purchase a Disney Gift Card in the on board shops? And if so, do they come in specific denominations?

Would like to purchase a gift card to use for our post cruise stay with any on board account money left over at the end of our cruise if possible.

Yes, they have gift cards available in the shops. I believe you can find out your remaining OBC at Guest Services and then go to the shop to buy a card in that amount, however there may be some restrictions on using OBC for gift card purchases. Your best bet is to ask once you are on board.
