Do all the food places, quick service, character breakfast meals, restaurants (park and DT Disney) including carts except disney gift cards?

If the credit system goes done does this affect being able to charge to the card?

yes most disney owned resturants and carts except the disney gift card they if they take credit cards then they take gift cards. there are some that might not but they have a sign before you order so you know like the one on the boardwalk the cart might not take it. and yes if the credit system goes down then you wouldnt be able to use your gift card or credit card but disney make sure that will not happen because that will coast them money. plus you could use them them a store in disney world or disneystore.com
