Disney Gift Card Question

I have recently started purchasing disney gift cards from Target. I was wondering how long it tKes them to arrive in the mail?

Also, I see there is a limit you can purchase in one order. Is there a limit in a day, or can I make multiple orders in a day?

All my orders have taken at least a week, most more. I didn't pay attention to the "sign for delivery" option. I will use that going forward as I always stress about stolen gift cards until they arrive. I have often made multiple purchases in one day.
